Minty Fresh

I recently went for a massage. They used mint oil on my neck and shoulders.

I was amazed at how relaxing, yet refreshing it felt.

For quite a while after my shoulders had a tingly feeling and I could still smell the mint.

It got me wondering what other products would have mint and how it would benefit the body.

I was surprised to see so many products contained mint.

Here are some products with benefits:

Fresh Mint Leaves – Munching on a leaf can help with Digestion, Respiratory disorders and coughs, Headache and Nausea.

Toothpaste – I know I’m stating the obvious but mint has been in toothpaste since the late 19th century.  If you look at the toothpaste isle in the drugstore – all of the toothpaste is pretty much mint, peppermint or spearmint flavored. Mint gives that tingling fresh sensation in your mouth and makes your mouth feel colder, this cooling feeling can be appealing or even addicting, and creates the assumption of fresher breath.

MintyMouthwash – helps to leave your whole mouth feeling clean.

LipBalm or Tints – peppermint oil gives that tingly effects as well as long-lasting fresh breathe.

BlottingPapers – cool mint blotting papers give the face a boost in an instant.

FaceMask – mint is very helpful in removing blackheads, pimples and acne by getting deep into the pores.

BodyLotions - mint stimulates the senses, matched with ingredients like Jasmine Lilly and rose, it gives an unexpected twist of soft and sensual skin.

Shampoo – can add body to fine hair. Mint also energizes the scalp which is great for dryscalp or dandruff.

Conditioner – Using a mint conditioner also revitalizes the scalp and leaves hair static and tangle-free.

TiredFeet – cools and soothes tires, sore feet.

BubbleBath – using bubble bath with mint extracts can naturally awaken and stimulate the senses.

There are some of the many potential benefits mint has for the body.
It is one of the most easily available natural ingredients for you to  try!
