Beauty Favorites: Where Are They Now?

I recently was looking at some old blog posts and came across a favorites post from 2014 when I first started my blog, It was called January Favorites.

It got me thinking whether or not I still use some of the “favorites” products I had listed.

Here is a list of products and if I still use them.

John Freda's Sheer Blonde Color Correct Anti-Brassy Cleansing Treatment Conditioner - $7.49

I am still using this product!
I love most John Frieda Sheer Blonde products.
I love that this conditioning treatment is excellent for getting rid of brassiness and reviving the color.
I like to leave on 2 - 10 minutes once a week to revive my color.

Salon Grafix - Play it Big firmer hairspray - $16.00

I still use this product on occasion.
I still like it but have mostly used Big Sexy Products instead.
This was a good reminder to repurchase this hairspray!

Garnier Fructis volume extend instant bodifier dry shampoo - $8

I don’t use this product anymore.
I’m not sure why but Herbal Essences Body Envy Dry Shampoo is my go-to Dry Shampoo.

Blum Naturals oil absorbing facial tissue - $5
I did repurchase this a couple of times after but I am not using this product anymore.
I think I just found with my oily skin, I was constantly pulling out a piece of blotting paper every two seconds.
It’s a good product but was a nuisance for my oily skin.

Marc Anthony Sexy Beachy Waves Mousse - $19

I am still using this product and loving it!
As with John Frieda products, Marc Anthony products are always my go-to product choices.
This helps add body to hair whether I have it straight or wavy.
Excellent volume and doesn’t leave hair stiff and crunchy.
And I also love how it gives my hair a little bit of shine.

I am still using this product and quite often!
It has great coverage with or without foundation.
It blends into the skin - no powder look.
I love that it helps reduce shine for my oily skin.

I can’t believe it’s been almost 3 years since I’ve had this flat iron!
I use this tool almost every day and have had no issues at all.
I like that it distributes even temperature making hair silky smooth.
I can easily have sleek straight hair or voluminous curls.
This flat iron is my go-to Holy Grail beauty tool!

There have been so many products to have in one post so watch for part two of this series!
