Being busy causes us to schedule virtually every minute of
our time.
Often we choose to deny our beauty routine at the expense of
other things.
One of the most frustrating things for me is drying my hair
- it’s thick and layered and takes FOREVER to dry.
Putting wet or damp hair into a quick ponytail or messy bun
saves time but I personally like to wear my hair down once in a while.
Here are a few tricks that will help you to style your hair much
faster.
Less Product
Do not use too many styling products. Hair products like gel
and serums can make the hair more difficult to dry and they can also contribute
to hair becoming greasy faster.
Start at the Roots
While hair is damp, blow dry from roots to ends. This may
seem much more complicated but this method ends up being much faster.
Ionic Hairdryer
Use an ionic hairdryer. This will disperse the heat evenly
through your hair and it will remove moisture much faster. Ion plates break
down the water molecules in the hair easily, allowing the hair to dry quickly.
Using the Right Brush
If you straighten your hair or decide to blow dry, use a
large round brush. This makes it easier to divide the hair into sections and
will provide all the hair with as much heat as necessary. Otherwise hair may be
dry in certain areas, while others are still moist.
